This policy outlines how refunds are expected to work once live payments are enabled.
Single-dream purchases are generally intended to be non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where a clear service failure prevented delivery.
If a technical issue blocks access after purchase, contact support with the purchase details so the issue can be reviewed.
Monthly plans are intended to remain active until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current billing period unless required by law.
If billing is charged in error or the service is materially unavailable, refund requests may be reviewed case by case.
